摘　　要：作为微量元素硒的化合物,亚硒酸钠具有很多药理学作用。因其功能广泛,近年来逐渐成为各学科领域研究的热点。现分析探讨近年关于亚硒酸钠的一些研究结论,诸如亚硒酸钠在缺血/再灌注损伤中降低氧自由基对组织器官的损伤作用、抑制肿瘤细胞的作用、抗毒性作用及免疫调节、放射保护作用等,目的在于了解其研究现状,为基础及临床工作提供参考。As a compound of the rare element selenium,sodium selenite has a lot of pharmacological effects,which has become the research focus in a variety of disciplines due to its extensive function.In this article,an update of recent studies on sodium selenite is given.Its functions of anti-oxygen radicals on tissue and organs in ischemia-reperfusion injury,anti-tumor,anti-toxicity,immunoregulation and protection of radiation are also discussed with the aim to understand the recent research of sodium selenite providng references to the basic research and clinical practices.
