摘　　要：超声心动图技术对左心室收缩功能的评价已从定性上升到了定量,从整体上升到了局部,有更高的敏感性及特异性,能更及时、准确地评价心力衰竭患者的左心室整体、局部收缩功能及同步性,有更广泛的应用前景。而不同超声技术各有其优势和局限性,若根据患者具体情况,综合运用不同技术,对评估心力衰竭患者的左心室收缩功能有巨大帮助。The echocardiography technology to evaluate the systolic function of left ventricular has improved from qualitative to quantitative level and from overall to local level with a higher sensitivity and specificity.The technology could evaluate the overall or local systolic function of left ventricular and synchrony more timely and accurately in heart failure patients,where more extensive application in clinical practice is expected.Different echocardogrphy technologies are with own advantages and limits depending on the specific circumstances,comprehensive application of which can be a great help to assess the left ventricular systolic function in patients with heart failures.
