植物学与分子生物学研究创新型实验项目的设计与实施

摘　　要：以农杆菌渗入烟草表皮瞬间表达绿色荧光蛋白的观察实验为例,对植物学与分子生物学研究创新型实验的选题设计、教学过程和效果进行了探讨。该实验项目的实施培养了学生的团队精神、科学素养和创新意识,提高了实验设计和实际操作能力,是生物科学特色专业实验教学改革的有益尝试。Taking the experiment of ＂Observation on green fluorescent protein transiently expressed in epidermal cells of tobacco leaves by agroinfiltration＂ as an example,we discussed the topic selecting and teaching processes and effects of the innovative and investigative experiment of botany and molecular biology in this paper.As a useful attempt of experimental teaching reform of the special major life sciences in our university,the implementation of the experiment trained team spirit,scientific literacy and creative consciousness of students,and also enhanced their ability of experimental design and operation.
