摘  要:以2008年天津市主要领域碳排放情况为基数,采用IPCC指南中的计算方法,选取IPCC指南明确的五大领域中,对天津市而言具有代表性的部分内容,对2008年天津市全市碳排放量进行匡算。匡算结果表明,能源活动(化石燃料燃烧)为天津市主要温室气体排放源,且其比例占据了主导地位。在能源活动中工业和发电行业排放的温室气体较大,分别占能源活动温室气体排放的45.23%和36.52%。且在能源活动中,原煤燃烧排放的CO2远高于其他化石燃料燃烧的排放量。因此,天津市可在能源结构调整、提高能源利用效率及加强能源管理、增加CO2固定量三个方面进行努力,以减少天津市温室气体排放量。The carbon emission of Tianjin was estimated with the methods of the IPCC Guidelines in 2008.The estimated parameters focused on the five selected areas in the IPCC Guidelines.The results of estimation showed that energy activities(burning fossil fuels) were the main source of the greenhouse gas emission,which had leading position as well in Tianjin.Industry and power generation were the first two sources in the area of energy activities,which ratios were separately 45.23% and 36.52% in all greenhouse gas emission.Raw coal combustion was a most valuable part for CO2 emissions in energy activities.Therefore,Tianjin may reduce greenhouse gas emission based on the adjustment of energy structure,the improvement of energy efficiency,the energy management,as well as fixing CO2 amount.
