二次重熔工艺对触变成形Al-Pb合金力学性能的影响

摘  要:研究了二次重熔工艺对触变成形Al-20%Pb合金性能的影响,结果表明:在半固态温度615℃加热不同时间时,加热150min时初生相球化程度最高,成形合金的力学性能最好;在不同温度加热150min时,620℃时的初生相颗粒圆整度最高,合金的力学性能最好。初生相球化程度越高,合金越致密且变形协调能力越好,合金的力学性能越好。The mechanics properties of thixoformed AI-20wt.% Pb alloy with different partial remelting processes have been studied, resulting in that the finest primary particles of the alloy and thus the most excellent performance were obtained at heating temperature 615℃ for 150min. But the results from heating for 150 min at different temperatures, the primary particles heated at 620℃ were the finest and the mechanics properties the best. The more spheroidal the primary particles, the more compact the microstructure and the easier the deformation during testing, and thus the more excellent the mechanics properties.
