乙型肝炎病毒载量与AFU、ALT、AST、GGT相关性研究

摘  要:目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)载量与浕-L-岩澡糖苷酶(AFU)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)的相关性。方法:收集189例乙肝患者血清,检测其HBV-DNA,根据其HBV-DNA载量不同分为1组(<5.0×102copies/ml)、2组(5.0×102copies/ml^5.0×105 copies/ml)、3组(>5.0×105copies/ml),每组63例,正常对照组63例;同时分别检测AFU、ALT、AST、GGT,对其结果进行分析,HBV-DNA检测采用荧光定量PCR法;AFU、ALT、AST、GGT检测采用速率法。结果:各乙型肝炎病毒载量组AFU、ALT、AST、GGT之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其统计结果分别为AFU(F=10.548,P<0.05)、ALT(F=25.646,P<0.05)、AST(F=23.396,P<0.05)、GGT(F=16.425,P<0.05);1组AFU与ALT、AST、GGT之间均无相关性(P>0.05),2组AFU与ALT之间无相关性(P>0.05);但AFU与AST、GGT之间存在正相关(P<0.05);3组AFU与AST之间无相关性(P>0.05),但AFU与ALT、GGT之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乙肝患者同时检测乙型肝炎病毒载量与AFU、ALT、AST、GGT,更有助于观察肝脏的损害程度及预测肝炎病情的发展。Objective To explore the relationship between the serum concentration of hepatitis B viral DNA and AFU,ALT,AST,GGT.Method Serum samples of 189 patients infected with HBV were collected and assigned into three groups(n=63 in each group) based on the concentrations of hepatitis B virual DNA:group 1(5.0×102 copies/ml),group 2(5.0×102~5.0×105 copies/ml),group 3(5.0×105 copies/ml) and 63 normal serum samples were the control group.The levels of AFU,ALT,AST,GGT were detected by velocity method and HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQ-PCR).Results The levels of AFU,ALT,AST and GGT showed statistically significant difference(AFU:F=10.548,P0.05;ALT:F=25.646,P0.05;AST:F=23.396,P0.05;GGT:F=16.425,P0.05).There was no correlation between AFU,ALT,AST and GGT in group 1(P0.05).There was no correlation between AFU and ALT in group 2(P0.05),while positive correlation existed between AFU and AST,GGT(P0.05).There was no correlation between AFU and AST in group 3(P0.05),while positive correlation existed between AFU and ALT,GGT(P0.05).Conclusion To detect AFU,ALT,AST,GGT with the concentration of hepatitis B viral DNA at the same time is benefit for observation of the liver damage extent and the development of hepatitis.
