突发性耳聋与巨细胞病毒感染关系初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨突发性耳聋的发生与巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的相关性。方法:采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测32例突聋患者(试验组)和32例正常人(对照组)血清中巨细胞病毒特异性IgM、IgA抗体。结果:试验组特异性IgM,IgA的阳性率分别为56.25%和40.62%,明显高于对照组的9.38%和6.25%,统计学处理分别为P<0.01和P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:突发性耳聋患者的发病与CMV感染有关。Objective To study the relationship between the incidence of sudden deafness and cytomegalovirus（CMV） infection.Method CMV-specific IgM and IgA antibodies were detected in the serum of 32 patients with sudden deafness（the case group） and 32 normal persons（the control group） by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The positive rates of specific IgM and IgA antibodies in the case group were 56.25% and 40.62%,respectively,which have significant statistics difference（P0.01 and P0.05） compared with the control group（9.38% and 6.25%）.Conclusion The incidence of sudden deafness is related to CMV infection.
