食管癌组织中ABCG2的表达变化及意义

摘　　要：目的观察ABCG2在食管癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法收集80例食管癌患者的癌组织及癌旁正常食管组织,进行ABCG2的免疫组化染色及Western blot检测。结果 80例食管癌患者,其癌组织中ABCG2的表达较正常食管组织明显上调(P<0.05)。患者的3年生存率与癌组织中ABCG2的表达量有关(P<0.01),癌组织中ABCG2的表达上调与术后早期复发密切相关(P<0.05)。结论 ABCG2在食管癌组织中的表达上调,可以作为食管癌患者预后的预测因子之一。Objective To study the expression of ABCG2 in esophageal cancer tissue and to investigation the significance.Method Specimens was gained from 80 patients with esophageal cancer,which detect the ABCG2 in cancer and normal specimens by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results Expression of ABCG2 in cancer tissue was increased than normal tissue（P0.05）.Quantity of expression of ABCG2 in esophageal cancer was contribute to 3 a mortality（P0.01）,and increased expression of ABCG2 in esophageal cancer was tumor specific contribute to early recurrences（P0.05）.Conclusions The expression of ABCG2 is up-regulated in esophageal cancer tissue.ABCG2 may be considered as a supplementary predictor prognostic in esophageal squamous cell cancer.
