摘　　要：虚拟经济在金融领域的渗透与发展促成了金融虚拟化的膨胀与扩张,从而使经济危机表现出不同于以往的金融虚拟特性。借助信用创造与金融虚拟之间的互导模型机制,可以更为深入的解读金融危机发生的缘由,加深对马克思经济危机理论的认识,印证新自由主义理论濒于崩溃的必然性,从而为应对金融虚拟化背景下的经济危机提供有利的理论借鉴。The penetration and development of virtual economy in financial sector contributed to financial expansion so that the economic crisis is different from the previous financial performance of the virtual properties.With credit creation and financial model of the virtual mutual conductance between the mechanism for more in-depth interpretation of the reason the financial crisis to deepen understanding of the theory of Marx＇s economic crisis,confirmed the new theory of liberalism on the brink of collapse inevitable,so as to deal with the financial Virtualization The context of the theory of economic crisis to provide a favorable reference.
