摘 要:菊芋为优良耐盐能源植物,但其耐盐程度一直未有定论。为准确探讨菊芋的耐盐性,测定了不同盐胁迫下(电导率(ECe)为0、10、20、30、40、506、0 dS/m)菊芋的生长、生理指标。结果表明:在ECe=0~30 dS/m时,菊芋能够正常发芽、生长;但在ECe≥40 dS/m时菊芋不能正常存活;随着NaCl处理时间的延长,菊芋株高、鲜质量、光化学猝灭系数(qP)及非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)在ECe=10 dS/m时降低不明显(P〉0.05),当ECe≥20 dS/m时显著降低;根、茎含水量和干质量及生物量与对照比变化不大(P〉0.05);叶中含水量、最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、叶绿素含量呈先升后降的趋势,在ECe=10 dS/m时上述各指标与对照相比均略有上升,当ECe≥20 dS/m时随ECe的升高各指标显著降低(P〈0.05),且ECe=30 dS/m时均达到最低点。研究结果说明,株高、鲜质量、叶含水量、Fv/Fm、qP、NPQ和叶绿素含量可作为菊芋耐盐性鉴定的重要指标,而根、茎含水量和干质量及生物量可作为菊芋耐盐性鉴定的参考指标。这可为筛选和培育优良的菊芋耐盐碱品系在盐碱地的开发利用提供理论依据和参考。In order to study the salt tolerance of Jerusalem artichoke,the growth and physiological Indexes of J.artichoke were measured at different salt stress(ECe 0,10,20,30,40,50,60 dS/m).The results showed that:Under ECe=0-30 dS/m,J.artichoke could germinate and normally grow,and could not survive under ECe≥40 dS/m,with the treatment time prolonging,the seedling height and fresh weight,qP and NPQ reduced obviously at ECe≥20 dS/m(P0.05),and there are no obviously changes at ECe=10 dS/m(P0.05);The changes of water contents of roots and shoots had no differences compared with control(P0.05),and the water contents,Fv/Fm and chlorophyll of leaves increased first at ECe=10 dS/m and then decreased at ECe≥20dS/m and reached the lowest at ECe=30 dS/m.So,the seedling height,fresh weight,the water contents of leaf,Fv/Fm,qP,NPQ and chlorophyll content could be used as important indicators to evaluate salt tolerance of J.artichoke,and the water contents of root and shoot,dry weight biomass only could be used as reference indexs.
