摘 要:通过研究,确定利用萃取精馏法分离BP-4生产废液的最佳工艺条件:以甲苯为萃取剂,四氟鲍尔环为填料,回流比控制在5∶1,萃取剂滴加速率为5∶1,萃取剂配比为2∶1。以此工艺路线分离所得的碳酸二甲酯纯度为98.8%,异丙醇纯度为98.5%。The optimal process of refining waste liquor of BP -4 by extractive distillation was detemined. Extractive distillation of dimethyl carbonate from its azeotrope with methanol using toluene as extracting agent was studied. It was found that filler, dropping speed, reflux ratio and extracting agent ratio influenced remarkably the separation effect of extractive distillation and the optimum process conditions for separating the DMC - CH3OH azeotrope were determined as follows: toluene as extracting agent, single circle as filler, reflux ratio 5:1, dropping speed 5:1 and extracting agent ratio 2: 1. Under these conditions, the purity of dimethyl carbonate was up to 98.8% .the ouritv of isoorooanol was un to 98.5%.
