摘  要:采用D3520大孔树脂吸附法对香料废水处理进行研究。考查了流速、温度、pH值对该废水处理效果的影响。结果证明最佳吸附条件为:流速,3BV/h;温度,室温;pH值。7.0-9.0。单批处理量为36BV时,色度可从500倍降至40倍,去除率92%以上;5500~6000mg/L CODer去除率为10%左右;原香料废水具有强刺激性气味,吸附后的废水均无刺激性气味。室温下用50%乙醇溶液对吸附后的大孔树脂进行洗脱再生,洗脱流速为3BV/h,时间为4h,树脂可再生4次,总处理能力可达到180BV。Used by D3520 macroporous resin adsorption to treat perfume wastewater. Test the impact of flow velocity, temperature and pH value on treatment result. Test results showed, the optimal condition of adsorption was flow velocity 3BV/h, room temperature, pH value 7.0 ~ 9.0. The chroma could be reduced from 500 to 40, chroma removal rate was more than 92%, while the CODcr removal rate was only 10% for the initial CODc, concentration of 5500 ~ 6000mg/L, the pungent odour of the wastewater was removed through resin adsorption. Macroporous resin could be regenerated 4 times by washing for 4 hours with 50% ethanol solution at the washing velocity of 3BV/h. The general treatment capacity could reach 180BV.
