摘　　要：经实验证明,过硫酸钾消解-紫外分光光度法测定水中总氮过程中,用超纯水代替无氨水方便可行;在实验确定的最佳条件下对样品进行测定,结果准确可靠;同时就实验中的细节问题作了补充。It was proved by the experiment that in the process of determination on total nitrogen in water sample with potassium persulfate digestion - UV spectrophotometer method, it was convient and feasible to use ultra - pure water instead of ammonia - free. Under the optimum conditions, the sample was determined and the result was accurate and reliable; meanwhile the details of the experiment was added.
