摘　　要：文章主要探讨的是科技情报组织中由科技情报研究活动而产生的科技情报成果的知识产权的归属问题。涉及到了明确科技情报成果的知识产权类型,并分析了有可能享有科技情报成果的知识产权的主体范围,同时根据科技情报研究活动的不同情况结合有关的知识产权法律法规分析确认了科技情报成果知识产权权属的各种情况,进而为科技情报组织对成果的知识产权管理提出一些建议。The article focused on the intellectual property of intelligence outcomes produced by institution of science and technology information.Concerned the type of intellectual property of intelligence outcomes,this paper analyzed the potential subjects and proposed some advices about management of intellectual property in institution of science and technology information.
