摘 要:采用聚磷酸三聚氰胺/季戊四醇(MPP/PER)膨胀阻燃体系与水滑石(LDH)并用阻燃改性乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)热塑性弹性体。结果表明,当EVA/MPP/PER/LDH质量比为60/20/10/10时,复合材料阻燃级别达到UL94V-0,极限氧指数(LOI)为30.6%。TGA分析结果表明,阻燃体系MPP/PER和LDH协同效应提高了EVA热分解残留率。炭层扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,MPP/PER与LDH协同作用有利于形成连续致密的炭层,提高了EVA/MPP/PER/LDH复合材料的阻燃性能。In order to improve the flame resistance of Poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate)(EVA) thermoplastic elastomer,the flame retardant systems of melamine polyphosphate/pentaerythritol(MPP/PER) and layered double hydroxide(LDH) were used.The results showed that when the mass ratio of EVA/MPP/PER/LDH was 60/20/10/10,the flame resistance of the composite reached UL94V-0,and its LOI was 30.6%.TGA results showed that the residual rate of thermal decomposition of EVA was improved by the synergistic action of MPP/PER and LDH.The structure of char was investigated by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the synergistic action of MPP/PER and LDH was contribute to form the continuous-dense char on the surface of EVA/MPP/PER/LDH composite,and the flame resistance of the composite was improved.
