摘　　要：目的了解新疆HIV感染者配偶对于艾滋病的知识、态度和相关行为,为制定相关预防措施提供依据。方法由乌鲁木齐市、阿克苏地区、伊犁州的相关医院及疾病预防控制中心招募HIV感染者配偶350人,进行一对一的问卷调查。结果艾滋病传播途径及预防知识的总体知晓率达79.83%,传播途径知识知晓率为87.61%,预防知识知晓率为67.38%。调查对象中,有9.30%承认自己歧视艾滋病人;84.59%与配偶继续保持性行为,其中,79.73%性生活每次使用安全套,8.59%从未使用过安全套。结论 HIV感染者配偶艾滋病相关知识的普及工作不容忽视,尤其应加强对减少高危性行为及HIV新预防措施的宣传工作。Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude and related behaviors about AIDS among the spouses of HIV infected people in Xinjiang and provide the basis for the development of relevant preventive measures.Methods From Urumqi,Aksu and Yili area′s Hospital and centers for disease control（CDC） concerned recruited 350 subjects,who were HIV infected and conducted one-to-one questionnaire survey among them.Results The total awareness rate for the knowledge of AIDS about transmission and prevention reached 79.83%,the awareness rate for the knowledge of transmission was 87.61%,the awareness rate for the knowledge of preservation was only 67.38%.9.30% of people admitted that they had discriminated people with AIDS.84.59% of people maintained sexual relation with their spouses,79.73% of people used condoms every time,and 8.59% never used condoms.Conclusion AIDS/HIV related knowledge popularization among spouses of HIV infected individuals is indispensable,especially,propaganda on reducing high risk sexual behaviors and new prevention strategy for HIV should be strengthened.
