手术室护士使用快速手消毒剂手部卫生分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士更衣前及操作后手部涂快速手消毒剂的效果。方法随机抽取进入更衣室的手术室护士30名,将涂快速手消毒剂(商品名:洁肤柔)之前和之后的手采样送检验科细菌室,48 h后进行细菌计数。再随机抽取28名巡回护士在一台手术结束并整理完手术间后,将涂快速手消毒剂之前和之后的手采样送检验科细菌室,48 h后进行细菌计数,对涂快速手消毒剂前后的手卫生不合格率进行比较。结果手术室护士进入更衣室更衣前涂消毒剂较未涂消毒剂的手卫生不合格率显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);巡回护士巡回一台手术后在涂消毒剂后较涂消毒剂前手卫生不合格率无明显差别,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用快速手消毒剂是一种基本、简便易行的有效预防和控制病原体传播的手段,对控制手术室院内感染具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the use of hand sanitizer in the operating theatre.Methods There were 2 groups,one group with 30 operating table nurses and another with 28 operating room assistant nurses.The nurses in group one used hand sanitizer and swab for bacterial culture.Similarly the nurses with group two after handing over the 1st patient and the bacterial swab culture is taken.Cultures are monitored for 48 hours.Results There was no significant difference in culture swab growth with nurses in group 1 and shows low bacterial count but the nurses with group 2 showed no significant difference in their cultures with high bacterial counts（P0.05）.Conclusion Hand Sanitizer is a fast,effective and simple way to control infection rate related with operating table nurses.
