摘　　要：一直以来,高等院校对于教学和管理评价数据进行收集、统计、分析都是一个较为繁琐的事情,经常需要评价者填写许多的表格,同时管理者也需要花费很多的精力和时间去处理这些数据。通过C#开发的高校质量监控评价系统可以很方便快捷地对各类角色的评价数据进行收集和处理,将大量的纸质评价转换成了无纸化评价,大大地节省了人力、物力和时间,使高校质量监控体系更加科学化和规范化。All along,it is a complicated thing for colleges and universities to collect,count and analyze the evaluation data of teaching and management,often requiring evaluators to fill out many forms,and managers to spend a lot of energy and time processing the data.It can be very convenient to collect and process the evaluation data of various roles under the system of quality monitoring and evaluation in university based on C # language development,which converted a large number of paper into a paperless evaluation,greatly saving manpower,material resources and time so as to make system of quality control in university more scientific and standard.
