摘 要:采用原位乳液聚合法制备了纳米SiO2/含氟聚合物复合乳液,并将其应用于涤纶织物进行拒水整理.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)表征整理前后涤纶织物的表面微观形态及元素组成,并讨论了整理条件对涤纶织物拒水性能的影响.结果表明:当整理剂用量为70 g/L,轧余率为70%,160℃焙烘180 s时,处理后涤纶织物对水的接触角达到150°,表面抗湿性达到90分,拒水性能显著提高.A composite emulsion with nano-SiO2/fluorine-containing polymer was prepared via in-situ emulsion polymerization method,and it was applied to the polyester fabric to endow it with water repellency.The surface morphologies and element composition of both untreated and treated polyester fabrics were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),respectively.The effects of finishing conditions on the water repellency of polyester fabrics were discussed.The results showed that the optimal finishing conditions were as follows:the finishing agent 70 g/L,pickup 70%,curing at 160 ℃ for 180 s.Under the optimal condition,the water contact angle of the treated polyester fabric was 150° and the mark of resistance to surface wetting was 90.It was indicated that the water repellency of treated fabric was significantly improved.
