摘　　要：介绍了具有双面闪光变化效应的双面金银线针织面料的编织工艺,包括织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式、意匠图等。选用18.2 tex精梳黑色棉纱、11.1 tex/4.4 tex(100 D/40 D)涤氨包覆丝及12 tex(80 D)X型金银丝在4针道双面大圆机上试织,并说明了编织过程中的注意事项,对双面金银丝针织面料的开发有一定的指导意义。This paper introduces the knitting technology of fabric with glitter effect on both sides including arrangements of needles and cams,threading modes and pattern notation.The fabric is knitted on the four-needle passage large diameter double knitting machine by using combed black cotton yarn of 18.2 tex,polyester/polyurethane covered yarn of 11.1 tex/4.4 tex(100 D/40 D) and X type metallic yarn of 12 tex(80 D).This paper points out the precautions in the knitting process,which can be guidance for development of double sided metallic yarn knitted fabric.
