摘 要:针对传统测氧仪表结构复杂、响应时间长、灵敏度低等不足,设计了以C8051F120单片机为控制核心的氧化锆分析仪。在分析氧化锆测氧原理的基础上,设计了氧电势信号调理电路、热电偶测温补偿电路和加热温度控制电路,采用数字PID控制算法将氧化锆传感器温度稳定地控制在700±1℃;给出了系统硬件电路的总体设计;利用以太网控制器CP2200设计了工业以太网接口,通过以太网接口能够快速准确的发送测量和报警信息。实验结果表明:该氧化锆分析仪控温准确、响应快速、灵敏度高、具有很高的实用价值。For the inadequacy of traditional oxygen analyzer,such as complex structure,long response time and low sensitivity,a Zirconia analyzer was designed with C8051F120 MCU as its core controller.On the basis of the principle of the Zirconic sensor,the oxygen potential signal regulating circuit,the thermocouple measurement and compensation circuit and the heat-temperature controlling circuit were designed,Zirconic sensor's temperature was controlled stably at 700±1 ℃ using digital PID control algorithm.The general design of the system hardware circuit was presented.The industrial Ethernet interface was designed using Ethernet controller CP2200,measurement and alarm information was sent quickly and accurately by the Ethernet interface.Experimental results proves that this zirconia analyzer controls temperature accurately,with the characteristics of fast response,high sensitivity and has a high practical value.
