大庆石化公司挤压机螺杆修复后的使用

摘　　要：大庆石化公司的大型挤压机螺杆花键轴因长期连续运行造成疲劳断裂,迫使生产线停产,经济损失大。由于挤压机为引进设备,无备用螺杆,国内尚无修复先例,为尽早恢复生产,减少企业经济损失,研究决定对断裂螺杆进行修复,采用修复后的螺杆短期维持生产。通过检测与核算修复后螺杆的机械性能指标及所能承受的生产负荷,保证挤压机在低负荷下安全平稳运行,解决乙烯原料平衡问题。Due to the long-term running of the large granulating machines, spline shaft of the screws in Daqing Petrochemical Corporation was fatigue fractured. It made the production lines stopped and cause serious economic loss. But, the large extruding machines were imported equipments and there were no spare screws or repairing precedent inland. After discussion it was decided to repair the fatigue fracture to resume production and reduce the economic loss. So the repaired screws can be used to keep short-term running. The mechanical properties and loading capacity of the repaired screws were tested and checked to make sure the extruding machines can work safely and smoothly and solved the ethylene raw materials＇ problem.
