摘　　要：回顾了塑料母料的发展历史,描述了塑料母料目前的发展现状,从强化技改创新、顺应环保指令及安全法规、综合利用资源等角度分析了塑料母料行业在"十二五"期间发展趋势、科技发展思路和重大科技需求,提出了功能化、轻量化、环保、节能、安全、低碳、高性能、低成本等技术需求。The history of plastic masterbatch was reviewed and the situation of plastic masterbateh industry was described. The development trend and technique requirement of plastic matrix field in the twelfth five-year plan was analyzed based on the enhancing of technique improvement, environment protection, safety rules, resources and some other aspect. The requirement of functional, lightweight, environmental protection, energy saving, safe, low-carbon, high-performance and low cost technique was put forward.
