铁线莲品种Warszawska Nike的愈伤组织及不定芽诱导

摘　　要：为加快引种铁线莲工厂化生产,以铁线莲品种Warszawska Nike的顶芽、茎节和茎段为外植体,在MS基本培养基中添加0、1.0、2.0 mg/L 6-BA和0、0.010、.05 mg/L NAA,对其进行初代诱导和继代增殖培养。结果表明:最适诱导培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,诱导率可达81%;增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA,增殖倍数达2.72。In order to accelerate the industrialized production of Warszawska Nike,a Clematis variety,the experiment took terminal bud and stem as explants,which was cultured on the MS nutrient medium added with 6-BA（0mg/L,1.0mg/L and 2.0mg/L） and NAA（0mg/L,0.01mg/L and 0.05mg/L） respectively to select the best tissue culture medium through the induction of early generation and the multiplication training of following generation.The results showed that the best induced medium was MS＋6-BA 1.0mg/L＋NAA 0.05mg/L,the induction rate was 81%,multiplied medium was MS＋6-BA 2.0mg/L＋NAA 0.05mg/L,and the proliferation times was up to 2.72.
