摘 要:为吉祥草的优质化栽培提供科学依据,采用盆栽试验方法,以中药材吉祥草为试材,通过添加不同浓度外源镍和施加不同浓度梯度有机肥,用原子吸收分光光度计测定吉祥草苗期土壤及收获时吉祥草根、茎的镍含量,研究有机肥抑制吉祥草对镍吸收的影响。结果表明,在同一镍水平下,随着有机肥施用量的增加,土壤中有效态镍含量及吉祥草根、茎叶中镍含量逐渐减小,有机肥施用量与土壤有效态镍含量之间呈显著负相关关系,土壤有效态镍与吉祥草根部、茎叶部镍含量呈显著或极显著正相关关系,在低镍高有机肥水平时,有机肥明显降低了土壤有效态镍和抑制吉祥草对镍的吸收。To provide scientific basis for cultivation of high quality Reineckea carnea,the inhibition effects of organic fertilizer application on Ni uptake by Reineckea carnea were studied through pot experiments with different concentration of additive nickel and concentration gradient of organic fertilizer,total Ni content in soil and root and stem of Reineckea carnea in seedling stage and harvest time were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometer respectively.The results showed that at the same Ni level,both available Ni content in soil and total Ni content in root,stem and leaf of Reineckea carnea gradually decrease with the increase of organic fertilizer application,there were significant negative correlation between organic fertilizer application and available Ni content in soil,and significant positive correlation between available Ni content in soil and total Ni content in root,stem and leaf of Reineckea carnea.At low Ni and high organic fertilizer application level,application of organic fertilizer can significantly decrease available Ni content in soil,and repress Ni uptake by Reineckea carnea.
