雷山县小香羊主要疫病的血清学调查

摘　　要：为雷山县小香羊的疫病防控提供科学依据,采用酶联免疫吸附试验、间接凝集试验等方法对雷山县小香羊血清样本1 152份进行检测。结果表明:在免疫羊群中,O型口蹄疫、亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫、山羊痘和羊传染性胸膜肺炎免疫抗体的阳性率分别为90.2%、79.3%、82.2%和64.4%;在非免疫羊群中,口蹄疫、山羊痘、布氏杆菌病和羊传染性胸膜肺炎感染抗体的阳性率分别为0、0、0和8.8%。表明,在雷山县小香羊群中,口蹄疫和山羊痘的免疫效果较好,未检出口蹄疫和布氏杆菌隐性感染抗体,羊群中存在羊传染性胸膜肺炎隐性感染。1152 serum samples collected from small Xiang goats in Leishan county were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and indirect agglutination test to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control of small Xiang goats in Leishan county.The results showed that the positive rates of the immune antibodies for foot and mouth disease（FMD） type O,FMD Asia I,goat pox and contagious pleuropneumonia were 90.2%,79.3%,82.2% and 64.4% respectively in vaccinated goats.The positive rates of the infected antibodies for FMD,goat pox,brucellosis and contagious pleuropneumonia were 0,0,0 and 8.8% respectively in non-vaccinated goats.All above indicated that the immune effect of vaccines to FMD and goat pox was better,subclinical infection antibodies of FMD and brucellosis were not detected in non-vaccinated goats,but the subclinical infection of contagious pleuropneumonia had widespread existence in goat field.
