摘　　要：中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成,使出版法制建设站在新的历史起点上。出版法制建设必须立足中国国情和实际,坚持中国共产党的领导和为人民服务、为社会主义服务的方向。The forming of Socialist law system with Chinese characteristics makes the construction of publishing laws stand at a new starting point of history.The construction of publishing laws must be based on the situation in China and the reality,persist in the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and adhere to the orientation of serving the people and socialism.
