摘  要:研究了盐度、温度和pH的变化对虎斑乌贼幼体存活率及其行为的影响。结果显示,虎斑乌贼幼体分别在盐度为23、28、33,温度为17、20、23℃,pH5.91、6.41、6.91、7.41、7.91、8.42、8.91、9.31的条件下存活率较高,均愈80%,表明幼体对于盐度、温度和pH的适宜范围分别为23~33,17~23℃和5.91~9.31,幼体在适宜和非适宜条件下行为的差异明显。幼体在温度为30℃条件下有趋热性。因此,虎斑乌贼幼体对盐度、温度和pH具有较强的耐受性。The effects of salinity, temperature and pH on survival and behavior in juvenile cuttlefish Sepia pharaonis were studied in a laboratory. The survival rates of the juveniles were found high (〉80%) under a salinity of 23, 28 and 33, water temperature of 17, 20 and 23℃ and pH of 5.91, 6.41, 6.91, 7.41, 7.91, 8.42, 8.91 and 9.31. The juveniles had significantly different behaviors under suitable (water temperature of 17~23℃, salinity of 23~33, and pH 5.91~9.31) and unsuitable conditions. Moreover, the juveniles exhibited therrnotaxis under the water temperature 30℃, indicating that the juveniles showed the high tolerance. The present study really provided important information for the aquaculture of S. pharaonis.
