摘  要:成功地研制了一种新型、高效、安全、低成本的油墨清洗剂,克服了直接使用溶剂面带来的易燃、易爆的缺点。此油墨清洗剂是由乳化剂、表面活性剂、溶剂及其它助剂构成的O/W型微乳液。结果表明清洗剂各组分的复配比对清洗剂使用性能具有较大影响,该微乳液可替传统溶剂型油墨清洗剂用于印刷机件上油墨的清洗,且使用效果和安全性能超过汽油、煤油等溶剂型清洗剂。在水与清洗剂的稀释比为3∶1,清洗温度不低于25℃的条件下,对油墨的去除率达到100%。A novel type of printing ink cleaner with high efficiency,safety and low cost was successfully prepared.The cleaner can overcome the disadvantage of easy combustion and explosion of solvent when the solvent was directly used.The O/W micro-emulsion was composed by emulsifier,surfactant,solvent,and other additives.The results indicate that the dilution ratio of the constitutions has great influence on its ability to remove printing ink.And this micro-emulsion,as a new type detergent of printing ink,can instead of solvent cleaner for removal of printing ink.Its properties for preventing rust and preventing corrosion and safety are better than solvent cleaner such as gasoline and kerosene.When the dilution ratio is 3︰1 and the temperature is above 25 ℃.the detergent’s removal ratio for printing ink can achieve 100%
