摘　　要：介绍了在聚氨酯密封圈的生产过程中,中间体聚酯和多异氰酸酯的生产反应原理、原料设备、生产的工艺流程、投料配比、工艺操作,预聚体聚氨基甲酸酯和硫化剂按照一定配比浇注成型的聚氨酯密封圈具有优异的综合性能。In production of the casting polyurethane seal ring,reaction mechanism,raw materials,process flow,charge ratio and technological operation of producing intermediate polyester and polyisocyanate were introduced in detail.Properties of polyurethane seal ring produced by casting of polyurethane and curing agent at a special ratio were investigated.
