摘　　要：目前中国急需提升自主创新能力,以应对日益激烈的国际竞争和解决自身经济发展中的诸多问题。但是经济实现跨越式增长的同时,促进增长的相关因素并没有形成有利于内生技术进步的激励机制。本文通过建立模型对企业的创新行为选择进行了分析,解释了目前我国面临的技术创新困境,并提出了政策建议。At present,in order to deal with increasingly fierce international competition and solve the problems in economic development,China must promote independence innovation ability.However,the factors which promoting growth didn＇t become incentive mechanism of the endogenous technology progress,with the great-leap-forward growth.This paper establishes a model to analyses the innovation behavior choice of enterprises.It explained the technology innovation dilemma of China and put forward some suggestions.
