基于大学特色发展的高校科技创新研究——以辽宁省高校为例

摘　　要：辽宁省高校趋同化的现象比较严重,要摆脱这种现象的愈演愈烈就要进行高校特色化的建设。高校走特色化发展道路是时代发展和高校可持续发展的必然要求。要进行特色化建设,高校就要把核心力量放在提高自身科技创新能力上。目前辽宁省高校的科技创新虽然取得了很大的成就,但从长远发展的角度看还存在着大学生创新能力不足、科研活动缺乏综合性、科技创新功利化现象严重、科技成果转化率低等一些不容忽视的问题。需要高校在提升学生的创新能力、健全和完善科学研究的工作规范和相关的制度、改革人才评价与激励制度、提供合作研究的平台、积极推广高新技术成果等方面下功夫。The trend of assimilation of the university is more serious in Liaoning province,to get rid of this intensified phenomenon will be carried out the construction of university characteristics.The development path of distinctive university is the inevitable requirement for the times development and the sustainable development of unviersity.To implement the construction of university characteristics,it＇s need to put the core strength in improving the universities＇ ability of the science and the technology innovation.For now,although the science and the technology innovation of the universities of Liaoning province have made great achievements,some problems still exist from the long-term development point of view,these problems which cannot be ignored are universitiy students＇ innovative ability is insufficient,the lack of comprehensive in the scientific activities,the serious utilitarian phenomenon in the science and the technology innovation,achievements of the university science and technology are changed rate is low.The article thinks that the university should made some efforts in promoting students＇ innovation ability,improving and perfecting the scientific research＇s work specification and the relevant system,reforming the personnel evaluation and incentive system,providing the platform of the cooperative research,scientific research project based on the province,promoting the high-tech achievements actively etc..
