摘　　要：大学生榜样教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容之一。当前,大学生社会化程度的不断提高,要求大学生榜样教育必须转变理念,走社会化道路。大学生榜样教育社会化因为主客体多样性和环境的复杂性,急需从中央、地方和高校三个层面建立制度规范,确保大学生榜样教育社会化方向明确、资源整合,实效突出。University model education is the important contents of the ideological and political education.At present,with the degree of socialization of university students continue to improve,it＇s requiring the concept of model education of university students must be changed,and take the road of society.For the diversity of object,the environmental complexity of the students model education socialization,it＇s urgent need to establish a system specification from three levels of the central,local and university.To ensure the clear direction,resource integration,effectiveness prominent of university model education socialization of the university students.
