摘　　要：草根大学生指的是出身贫困的农民家庭,没有社会资本可以依靠的弱势大学生群体。当前,我国的大学生就业问题年年严峻,草根大学生的就业问题更是难上加难。因此,应通过社会产业结构调整、自主创业、草根互助、校企联合培养、国家政策支持等途径为其提供更多的就业机会。The grass-roots students means who born in a poor peasant family,the disadvantaged student＇s groups can＇t rely on any social capital.Currently,the employment of university students in China become serious year after year,the employment of university grass-roots students is extremely difficulty.Therefore,we should provide more employment opportunities for the university grass-root student by adjusting the social industrial structure,starting their own businesses,mutual aiding between the grassroots,dual training by the university and enterprises,and national policy support,etc..
