广西高职高专实训基地建设的制度研究

摘　　要：实训基地建设已引起我国各地高职高专的重视,目前广西高职高专实训基地建设中仍存在不少问题,文中从制度的角度来分析。指出由于"工学结合、校企合作"在我国起步较晚,尚未建设起与高技能人才培养目标相适应的教学管理体系是影响广西高职高专实训基地发展的障碍,并对其今后发展提出建议。The construction of practical training bases has aroused great attention at vocational colleges in our country,and many problems still exist in Guangxi.From the perspective of the system,the paper analyzes and points out that the teaching management system,which adapts to the training goal of high-skill talents,hasn＇t set up because the ＂work-integrated learning,school-enterprise cooperation＂ started late in our country.And the lack of the system has been an obstacle for the future development of practical training bases in Guangxi.Some suggestions have been given in the paper.
