摘　　要：金属间化合物具有高强轻质及电阻率较高的特点,是一种极具发展前途的功能材料。文章对近几年金属间化合物电学性能的研究和应用进行了总结,分析了其电学性能的影响因素,并对其以后的研究和发展方向进行了展望。The intermetallic compound is a kind of potential functional material with high strength,low weight and large electrical resistivity.This paper summarized the discoveries and applications of a series of intermetallic compounds and analyzed the factors which would affected the electrical resistivity.The possible research fields ware also mentioned.
