针刺对脑梗死患者颈动脉硬化斑块干预效果的超声评价

摘　　要：目的:应用彩色多普勒超声评价"调神通络"针法对颈动脉硬化斑块的干预效果。方法:根据选取标准,分为"调神通络"组(调神组)和常规组,治疗28天后对硬化斑块及相关指标进行统计学分析。结果":调神通络"针法能明显改善急性脑梗死患者的临床症状,促进神经功能缺损的恢复,同时对血压具有良好的调节作用(P<0.05),而对于颈动脉硬化斑块超声指标几乎没有改变(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒评价后发现"调神通络"针法短期内对于颈动脉硬化斑块的干预效果不明显。Objective： To evaluate the intervention effect of ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ acupuncture for cerebral infarction patients with carotid plaque by color doppler ultrasound.Methods：According to the selection criteria,patients were divided into ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂group and the conventional group,after 28 days＇,done statistical analysis about plaque and the related index before and after treatment.Results：The ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and promote the recovery of neurological function.Especially the ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian＂ acupuncture has a good effect on blood pressure（P0.05）,while ultrasound indicators had virtually unchanged for short-term carotid plaque（P0.05）.Conclusion：Intervention effects of ＂regulating mind and unblocking meridian ＂acupuncture for cerebral infarction patients with short-term carotid plaque by ultrasound color doppler was not obvious.
