中医特色的人性化护理服务模式在玉树地震伤员救治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨对玉树地震伤员实施中医特色优质护理服务,使其心理及生理创伤减少到最低程度,并逐步恢复自理能力开始正常生活。方法:对本院收治的26名玉树地震伤员运用中医整体护理观念及辨证施护和辨体施护理论,融入人性化护理及心理干预,并与中医康复相结合,评估施护后患者的生理及心理康复状况。结果:26名伤员全部临床治愈出院,无1例出现情绪改变的极端行为。结论:灾后及时、有效地运用中医特色优质护理服务模式进行人性化护理及心理干预有助于促进伤员灾后的生活自理能力和心理康复,重建自我形象,对疾病的转归和愈合、早日回归社会有着极其重要的促进作用。Objective:Through application of nursing service with chinese characteristics for 26 patients injured in earthquake occurred in Yushu,to reduce the trauma of psychological and physical to minimum,and gradually resume a normal life and recover self-care ability.Methods:Conducted the theory of holistic nursing care of TCM and nursing according to diagnosis and distinction for 26 patients injured in earthquake occurred in Yushu,added in the humanized care and psychological intervention,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation,to assess the status of patients after the implementation of physical and psychological rehabilitation.Results:All 26 patients were cured and discharged,no one case of extreme behavior after emotional change.Conclusion: Conducting nursing service with chinese characteristics and psychological intervention timely and effective after earthquake can help to promote the self-care ability and mental rehabilitation of wounded and reconstruct self-image,has an extremely important role in the prognosis and healing of disease and early returnning to society.
