银花痤疮酊制备工艺的探索

摘　　要：目的:优选银花痤疮酊的组方及制备工艺。方法:以体外抑菌试验及制剂稳定性加权评分作为考察指标,主要考察以下方面:①组方是否合理,能否减少药味;②乙醇渗漉后的药渣是否有必要再用水煎煮提取;③可否加入甘油作为防腐剂;④能否用活性炭脱色。结果:①组方在原方基础上去掉夏枯草等6味药后无显著性差异;②药渣不需要煎煮;③可加入甘油;④不能用活性炭脱色。结论:该制剂有良好的体外抑菌作用并且质量可控。Objective:To optimize the prescription and preparation of YinHua CuoChuangDing.Methods: Selected vitro antibacterial test and weighted scoring of the stability as the indexes to investigate whether it was reasonable,mainly inspects the following aspects:①Whether the prescription was reasonable,and can reduce some medicine or not;② Whether extracting by boiling water after the from the dregs of ethanol percolation or not;③Whether to join the glycerol as a preservative;④Can use active carbon as decolorization or not.Results:①The prescription removing six medicine such as prunella on the basis of the original parties had no significant difference;②Dregs had no need of boiling;③ Glycerin should be added;④Active carbon can not be used as decolorization.Conclusion:This agent have good vitro antibacterial effect and the quality is controllable.
