摘 要:根据螺旋套管换热器的结构特点及传热特性,建立了水—水蒸气的流动与传热的三维几何模型。利用Fluent对不同工况下的螺旋套管进行了数值模拟,得出了湍流状态下螺旋套管内流体的温度场、速度场和压力场;利用搭建的螺旋套管换热器试验台,得出多种工况下的传热系数,为螺旋套管换热器的设计计算提供了依据。同时将试验结果和数值模拟结果进行对比分析,验证了数值模拟的正确性。Based on the structure and heat transfer characteristics of the spiral casing heat exchanger,a three-dimensional model for water-steam flow and heat transfer was established.A numerical simulation on the spiral casing heat exchanger under different working conditions was carried out by Fluent and we obtained the turbulent temperature,velocity and pressure fields in the heat exchanger.Experiments on the spiral casing heat exchanger were carried out to determine the heat transfer coefficient under different working conditions,which provides an important basis for design of spiral casing heat exchangers.Moreover,a comparative analysis was done between the numerical and the experimental results and the accuracy of the numerical simulation was thus proved.
