摘　　要：结合物流业发展情况,就战略性并购方向决策流程、考虑因素及优选决策方法进行了研究,并建立了物流企业并购方向决策层次分析评价模型的指标体系。The paper studies the procedures,factors worthy of attention and optimal model,that are suited to the current development of the logistics industry,when making strategic MA direction decisions and establishes an AHP decision evaluation model and its index system.
