摘　　要：从经济、社会和环境三个方面的表现指标建立基础设施项目可持续性评价的指标体系,对渤海海峡跨海通道项目在可行性研究阶段进行评价。基于可持续发展理论对通道进行了评估,评估结果显示渤海海峡跨海通道的建设对区域可持续发展的贡献较大;最后简要分析了渤海海峡跨海通道的经济、社会及环境可持续发展战略。The paper assesses the feasibility of the cross-Bohai-strait transport channel construction project using infrastructure project sustainability evaluation system centered on economic,social and environmental performance indices and finds that the project would contribute greatly to the sustainable development of the region.At the end,it analyzes briefly the sustainable economic,social and environmental development strategies for the channel.
