摘　　要：介绍了物流业务部分和供应商直达两种第三方物流模式的特点,运用基于纳什均衡的博弈论的观点分别讨论了两种第三方物流模式的保密性,并就其存在问题和解决办法给予说明。The paper introduces the characteristics of logistics business partial outsourcing and supplier direct supply,two modes of third party logistics,and analyzes the secrecy performance of the two using Nash equilibrium.At the end,it looks over the uncovered problems and offers countermeasures.
