一种丙烯酸酯类复鞣填充剂的应用

摘　　要：将丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸及丙烯腈共聚制备成丙烯酸酯类复鞣填充剂。该复鞣填充剂为淡黄色液体,含固量为34.76%,在多种溶液中稳定。用它与ReluganRE进行对比应用试验,结果表明两者应用效果相近,其复鞣填充的坯革边腹部饱满、较柔软、粒面平整,撕裂强度为3.53N/mm,抗张强度为11.47MPa,断裂伸长率为49.52%。A kind of acrylic ester retanning and filling agent was prepared by polymerization method using acrylic ester,acrylic acid and acrylonitrile as monomers.It was light yellow liquid and 34.76% solid content and stable in various solutions.It has comparable performances to Relugan RE,such as the tear strength of the crust is 3.53 N/mm,and the tensile strength is 11.47MPa,the rate of extension at breaking is 49.52%.The leather treated with this acrylic ester retanning and filling agent possesses soft and smooth grain and fullness even if in the edge abdominal position.
