摘　　要：综述了地沟油的检测方法及其在洗衣粉、金属皂、生物柴油、甘油、选矿剂等领域的应用,展望了地沟油将来的应用发展方向。It was summarized that detection methods and application of swill-cocked dirty oil in the manufacture of washing powder,metal stearate,biodiesel,glycerin and dressing agent etc.And finally the application development trend of swill-cocked dirty oil is put forward.
