摘　　要：混凝土膨胀剂在现代工程中的应用越来越广泛。通过试验,利用工业废渣粉煤灰和磷石膏基于水化物脱水相技术制备的混凝土膨胀剂DE0-500,结果表明,制备的混凝土膨胀剂能够满足膨胀剂标准所要求的限制膨胀率和强度指标,其强度等级达到了C30标准,适用于对限制膨胀率较低的配筋路面、底板、楼板等一般性结构和配制补偿收缩混凝土。Concrete expansion agent has been more and more widely used in modern engineering.Through test,it is shown that the expansion agent DE0-500 prepared by industrial residues flyash and ardealite based on hydrate dehydrated phase technology meets the restrained expansion ratio and strength specified by the standard.Its strength reaches C30 standard.It is applicable for general structures which require lower restrained expansion ratio such as reinforced concrete pavement,bottom plate and floor slab,and also applicable for preparing compensated shrinkage concrete.
