摘 要:玻璃工艺原理的教学存在工艺过程的罗列和公式的直陈表达,缺乏对工艺过程的本质分析和原理追溯等问题。一个工艺过程如果能用数学公式来量化描述则被认为是精确可信的,本文就数学阐释在玻璃工艺学教学中的运用及其效果作了介绍。教学实践表明这种教学方法有利于基础知识和专业知识的融合与渗透,使学生摆脱专业课学习的枯燥感并激发学生的学习兴趣。Overmuch enumeration of process data,direct presentation of expressions as well as lack of analytical tracing of process theorem pose many problems on the teaching of glass process principal.A process quantifiably depicted by mathematical formulas maybe authentic.The application of mathematical elucidation in teaching of glass process and the resultant effects are introduced in this paper.Accordingly the teaching practice demonstrates that the pedagogy is beneficial to the merging and infiltration between fundamental knowledge and professional knowledge,it also contributes to eliminating students' dull sense of professional course studying and stimulate their interest in learning instead.
