摘　　要：青年教师是高校师资队伍的生力军,加强青年教师培养是一项十分重要的战略性工作。本文全面论述了地方高校青年教师培养的意义和培养的内容、模式、手段及配套措施。Young teachers are the fresh combatants of colleges;therefore,it is a strategically important work to strengthen the training of young teachers.This article elaborates the meaning,the contents,the model,the method and the measures of the young teachers training in local colleges.
