聚丙烯酸酯乳液掺混水泥乳化沥青砂浆的性能研究

摘　　要：对比研究了进口聚合物乳液、自制聚丙烯酸酯乳液分别与进口乳化沥青、自制乳化沥青掺混制备水泥乳化沥青(CA)砂浆的性能,并利用SEM分析了CA砂浆的微观结构。结果表明:自制聚丙烯酸酯乳液与自制的乳液沥青掺混CA砂浆在各方面的性能表现更优异,可工作时间更长,抗冻性和耐候性也有明显改善。The CA mortar blending with polymer emulsion was prepared by different polyacrylate emulsions and different emulsifying asphalts respectively.The performances of the CA mortars were studied,and the micro-structure of the CA mortars was analyzed by the SEM.The results showed that the CA mortar prepared by the self-made polyacrylate emulsion and the emulsifying asphalt has the more excellent performance and the longer work time,and also the anti-freeze capability and weather-proof performance had the obvious improvement,compared to the imported polyacrylate emulsion.
