摘 要:利用热重分析(TG)采用不同升温速率(10,15,20,25℃/min)分别在空气和氮气气氛下对聚酰胺固化环氧树脂热稳定性进行了研究。采用Coats-Redfern和Ozawa热分析处理动力学数据的方法,计算了环氧树脂热分解反应活化能E、反应级数n及频率因子A。求得空气气氛下5%~30%的失重率下反应表观活化能在70.38~144.94KJ/mol之间,频率因子lnA值在22.67~34.34min-1之间,氮气气氛下5%~30%的失重率下反应表观活化能在79.36~110.96KJ/mol之间,频率因子lnA值在24.26~28.11min-1之间,聚酰胺固化环氧树脂的的热裂解反应和热氧化分解反应均为一级反应。The thermal gravimetric analysis(TG) was used to study the thermal stability of epoxy(EP) cured by polyamide at heating rate of 10,15,20,25℃/min in the fluid of air or N2.The activation energy,reaction order and pre-exponential factor were evaluated from common TG curves by Coats-Redfern and Ozawa methods.As to thermal oxidation decomposition reaction,the activation energy was increased from 70.38 to 144.94KJ/mol,ln A was increased from 22.67 to 34.34 min-1 with increase of weight loss rate from 5% to 30%.As to pyrolysis reaction,the activation energy was increased from 79.36 to 110.96 KJ/mol,ln A was increased from 24.26 to 28.11 min-1 with increase of weight loss rate from 5% to 30%.The results showed pyrolysis reaction and thermal oxidation decomposition reaction of epoxy resin cured by polyamide were first order reaction.
